During the winter months, our company is still hard at work for our business and residential clients. We provide snow plowing and de-icing services to help you get back to daily life after one of the heavy snowfalls that are all too common in Northeast Ohio.  We provide services for Commercial Properties and Homeowners Associations and do our best to accomodate the individual needs of each client and property.  In addition to the professional, experienced and courteous service you will receive from Pro-Cut Landscape Development, you will benefit from the following as well:

• Full-Time on staff mechanic available 24/7 to assist in all unexpected mishaps to get trucks and equipment back to work quickly and help avoid any delays in service.
• Snow plowing done at 2" depth regardless of time of day.
• Salting (if contracted for) will be done as soon as the pavement conditions are compromised and may be done in advance to melt the snow as it falls.
• Use of weather appropriate de-icing material (if contracted for).  Standard rock salt will be used on a normal basis and rock salt mixed with liquid magnesium chloride will be used in colder temperatures when rock salt alone is ineffective. 
• Option to have walks, stairs, etc. shoveled / snow blown for an additional cost.
• In-house wheel loader which we can use to remove those huge piles that will be made if they become a danger or distraction.
• All plow damage will be repaired free of charge in the spring.
